Shipping and Handling:

| If the value of ordered items is EUR 40.00 or more and payment is made in advance, delivery will be free of charge within Germany and Austria. If the order is placed COD within Germany, shipping and handling costs will be EUR 3.00 plus an amount of EUR 2.00, which has to be paid directly to the postman/DHL. |

If the value of ordered items is less than EUR 40.00 and payment is made in advance, a flat fee of EUR 4.00 will be charged for shipping and handling within Germany and a flat fee of EUR 6.00 for shipping and handling to Austria.
Deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and The Netherlands will be free of charge, if the value of ordered items is EUR 65.00 or more. If the value of ordered goods is less than EUR 65.00, a flat fee of EUR 8.50 for shipping and handling will be charged.
Deliveries to all other countries within the European Union will be charged EUR 10.00 for shipping and handling.
Deliveries to Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Norway will be charged EUR 20.00 for shipping and handling (independent of the order value).
Please note: Deliveries to Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union are subject to the control of local customs authorities. All additional customs duties are borne by the customer

In case you partially return items of an order, which was sent free of charge and the order value of the kept items will be less than EUR 40.00 after your return shipment, additional shipping costs will be charged (please see Sec. 6.2 of our general terms). |
